I was browsing on eBay (like you do) and noticed lowering kits for the Falco from Bikefarmmv.de - not what I wanted, but it made me wonder if they did jack-up kits as well. I emailed them, and yes they do. Here's the one for the Falco:

37.90 euros + 11.90 euros postage would seem to be a cheap way to raise the ride height of yer Falco (by 35mm, apparently). Has anyone tried their kit? They state that it's all stainless steel, so should be good quality.

Not sure I'd want to go that high!
Got mine set a bit above standard ride height at moment, using the height adjuster on the White spring shock. Set it that way when still on old stand, plan to wind it up a bit more, (when I get around to it), now that has been junked, but not that much. Never seen one done, but would imagine it would put a lot more weight on your wrists, (not something I want for the road). May be OK for the track but a steering damper would be a must I reckon, see what other people think.
You would also need to check if the changes to the dogbone lengths altered the spring ratio.

Whether this is a good option, I guess, depends on what you're trying to do.
If you're trying to sharpen the steering on a Blue Spring Sachs, I'd say there are far better ways to go. Basically upgrading to a White Spring Sachs, Yellow Spring Sachs (plus linkages) or Mille Ohlins (with relevant linkages). All of these shocks are significantly better (if in good condition) and all offer ride height adjustment.
If you've picked up a Falco Ohlins or other good quality shock that doesn't have ride height adjustment, then it may be worth looking at.
I'm assuming that this is basically a revised set of linkages and triangles so it will change your ride height and sharpen steering .... but to another fixed position rather than allowing adjustment.
Of course you are still able to fine tune the steering geometry by moving the yokes over the forks - but your options will be a bit reduced.

I was thinking that a combination of the Falco Ohlins (assuming MMC can get it at the price they said they can) and the jack-up kit would give most of the advantages of the significantly higher priced Mille shock with ride height adjustment. For about £160 you've got most bases covered.
As you say, ride height is fixed at what the linkage sets it at, but it's a cheaper option for the more cash-strapped among us. I'm still hankering after a multi-adjustable Technoflex or Ohlins, but they cost at least another 500 beer vouchers...

The Mille Ohlins needn't be that much .... but does require patience. Have seen used ones go for sub £200 - though more often £250. Older ones may need servicing though.
IF the Falco Ohlins can be had for that price, then your plan makes a lot of sense ..... I'm still guessing that they've cocked up and the remote adjuster for the sachs will turn up ....
