Am I missing something but I cannot see the No. Plate lamp on the picture (or the rear reflector).
Where are you siting them?

the rectangular plastic block at the top of the ally plate is the O/E number plate light.
reflectors are for girls.
and MOT's I suppose, but you could stick one to the plate or on the face of the plate light.
