Tail Tidy Upgrade - thanks FalcoDaz

#1 Post by FalcoPete » Fri Dec 11, 2015 2:19 pm

Fitted the tail tidy supplied by FalcoDaz and am chuffed to say the least.

Sprayed it diablo black to fit with my Falco theme (hot red / diablo black). The unit fitted perfectly and really liked that it was cut to fit the original licence plate light too. Made it much easier to wire up (straight from the harness). Even managed to use the large std reflector too - much better than the small after market ones.

Have included some images, through Photobucket, so you can see the quality and the finished product.

Thanks FalcoDaz, greatly appreciated, a solid, quality unit :smt003

Cheers Pete,

So pleased it satisfies. I reused the original reflector too, I created a plastic bracket to suspend it below the number plate. looks professional.

I'm just surprised that Pete didn't spray it green... To match the colour scheme if where his bike is most often seen :smt002
For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock
