Started the bike this morning and it seemed much quieter that normal, GPR cans usually make a bigger roar.

If one of the plugs is not working does it have much of an effect on the bike, it pulled really well etc. but I can't figure out why it suddenly went a bit quieter.

Cheers
How bad does the bike feel if a plug goes off?
It is where the bike feels fine but I think something is not rightv

You've taken the push bike by mistake
For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

With 2 plugs per cylinder, it'd be a small difference.
If one cylinder fails to run you will know about it (trust me!) and it won't be quieter.

I ran with one plug for a short while (broke the HT cap), can't say I noticed any real difference. Sound-wise didn't make any difference, although I've got earplugs in all the time

And sorry mate, but you did ask for a quick answer... :smt005

Just to put this to bed, on Sunday I checked all 4 plugs (45 mins) and they were all fine and clean, then ran the bike and it felt and sounded brilliant, so sods law, no idea why I thought there was an issue.

just one of those things I guess.

Hi all,

Might of been excessive moisture in the cans. Or your ears might of not "popped!" Happens too me sometimes after a shower...
My warranty is the clear/smoked tail lights around the corner!!
