Looks a good day. I'd be too scared of bining it too to push on and get the most out of it. I'm going to get an early R1 to use as a track weapon. Something that doesn't matter (too much) if I do have an off.

I booked a hire bike for that reason. Luckily, guy I work with has done a lot of trackdays, and was in the fast group, so we shared the cost of the bike

For the cost of a bike, tyres, other kit needed, then all the faff on the day, hiring wasn't really that expensive. Plus the bikes were spot on
