The dreaded salt killed off the oil cooler a year or two ago. Last few rides I've noticed the temperature reading seemed erratic so had a look around and can see coolant oozing from the core of the left radiator. It crumbles to the touch. So the Falco is now on the bench for some TLC. Some other long overdue jobs to do as well, so knowing how lazy I am it'll be unlikely to see action again this year.

Rads stripped off and new ones ordered. But while i'm at it I have new steering head bearings, replacement swing arm and the valve shims were if I recollect a tad out of spec when I checked them last. Then there is do I want to strip it back for track day only and/or replace rebuild the motor that has over 70K miles on it.

So its not that I won't be doing anything just that I don't need it on the road right now and there is a lot to do that has been waiting a while while I've been sorting both the BMs out.
