No - just the one - no changes outside the dash.
Must have missed this response.

So my next guess is a divider in the indicator telltale window on the dash with seperate LED's/bulbs for each side?

Not quite but close enough.
I've fitted a bi-colour (3-leg) LED so the diode mod is done by the LED itself and it flashes red when turning to port (left) and green when turning to starboard (right).

What I wasn't expecting was that the LED flasher unit I've fitted supplies a little current when the indicators are in the unlit part of the cycle. This is not enough to flash the LED indicators themselves but the repeater in the dash stays lit but not as brightly (it sort of flashes dim and bright). This is an unexpected bonus as when the indicators are "on" you always get an indication of this whenever you glance down and don't miss it because you glance in the "off" part of the cycle.

Possibly ..... I've been working on a kit for this but there's one part I'm not yet happy with from a mechanical robustness nature.

Might also offer the possibility to do the conversion for people on a post to me, post it back thingy - for those that don't feel so confident in opening up the instruments and soldering bits inside.

Probably better to do that later in the year when the softies that don't ride through the winter have their bikes out of commission.

None of the above guaranteed to happen yet but just one thing still to improve.

BTW, the different colour Right and Left flashing works equally well whether you have conventional indicators or LEDs. I've used it successfully on my bike with both (although with bulb indicators the repeater flashes on and off whereas with the LEDs {without load resistors} it flashes bright and dim)
