Engine shut off relay

What does this actually shut off ?
Im working my way through my wiring issues, new relay fitted but I can hear the shut of relay switching like mad when ign switched on, no fuelpump priming, full voltage to shut off relay and fuel pump relay, fires but wont start.
Any ideas what I should be looking at now?

Do you mean the tip-over sensor? I mounted mine upside down once and the motor would prime and fire but the main fuel injection wouldn't come in because the sensor was telling it that the bike was on its side.

It looks like this thing kills power to the coils but then again when you switch the ignition off it also kills power to the coils....

Ive had problems with the tip switch in the past so its been replaced with a 68 ohm resistor so it cant malfunction again..
no fuel pump priming.....
