I can't remember which is which but I think you might be right.
They are different heights at both ends (their capacity is the same - I filled them with water to compare) - therefore the one that is taller at the back is shorter in the area of the air filter.

OK.. I'm just wondering if the top of my airbox has been swapped for any reason..D-Rider wrote:I can't remember which is which but I think you might be right.

Looks as though you are right - when I compared lids it must have been with an 01 or later Mille - not realising they had changed them.mrapriliafalco wrote:The product has the same code as the Milles ages 98 to 00 but changes from 01
The Falco and Mille (98-00) filter part number is AP8102610
The Mille (01-03) filter part number is AP8104211
I doubt it - from what I can remember, the other shaped Mille one won't let you lower the tank down fully.spiderwheels wrote:

According to this post 5 in this thread:
http://www.apriliaforum.com/forums/show ... -the-Falco
The Falco filter is 121mm..
The pipercross filter I have is 121mm..
I'm just popping out so I can't whip the existing filter off and measure it but it was definitely shorter when I placed it against the pipercross earlier on.
I'm more confused that a polar bear in Barbados!
