Sorry mate, that sounded the part from its description on eblag, if I'd had any doubts about it I never would have mentioned it,
From your pics, it looks like that stand has taken a big hit ( pulling away with stand down ).
The fork on the top of the stand leg that engages with frame bracket, is NOT in line with the lower stand leg, it should be.
Glad the seller has agreed a refund, I dont think he has been entirely honest

For reference I have a GSXR600K2 stand. The main pivot bolt screws in from the wrong side so you have to drill out the thread, and you also have to drill the switch hole. Once done though, it's ace.
