It was only some of the very early ones that didn't have the vac tube.
I do have one set of TBs without in my collection .... and same as you with fitting the take off - a bit of heat helps.

Call scottoiler mate - I think your inner seal may have failed and they will probably be very helpful about fixing it for you

the 1999 milles have the same throttle bodies as the very early falcos.....


Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...
