I have never had a problem since I started carrying Allen keys to falco meets.....
Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Actually since I agreed to green flag sponsorship I have not had a problem.....
And I am only getting the fairing screws as they are silver grey - was going to pop them in my shreddies so I would fit into Coventry....

Just to confirm these are not shouldered screws like of of the OEM ones, they are flanges but no shoulder.
When I do a physical tot up of the actual screws I'll measure the shoulder and may knock up some aluminium or plastic spacers to replace the shoulder, or nooj is a reseller for probolt who sell spacers so if anyone is fussed we can get a price for there's (they screw onto the thread to form a shoulder, I'll just turn up some rod with a straight bore)
Pass me a hammer, a spanner and a cuppa

Ah yes - I'd forgotten about the shoulder. Quite important as it stops the plastic getting crushed and eventually splitting.

For me i'd have to have some form of shoulder, it's not worth saving a few quid on screws to end up splitting the fairing.

a more rigid windscreen washer hose.. cut to size.

cheap, inexpensive and acts like a crush washer

On my yamaha I used a piece of 6mm bore fuel hose and a pair of side cutters, probably better quality than the OEM crap :)
