Ever had one of those days !!!!!!!!
Well the snow has finally gone at last so I thought pop out for a spin blow the cobwebs out all fine but the back brake felt a bit soft.
So got back and decided too bleed the system , un did the caliper , held it high up ( bleed nipple to the top , bloody ell it was all going well got a real good back brake. Then I went too bolt it all back together chuffed to bits that it went so well , and you know that feeling you get when you tighten up a bolt and then it goes very loose !! , oh yes thats the mounting bolt fecked .
So out with the helicoil another job to do !! , that all done my dog runs into the garage to greet me hits my tin with brake parts in all over the garage floor !! . I then spent an hour looking for the small circlip that fits on the end of the pad retaining pin !!!!!!!!!!!.
Sod this I'm off for a beer now not touching the bike again today !!!!!!!!!

Tolerance will be our undoing.
having one of those days all weekend !
Was chuffed that my new leathers arrived on friday, felt too ill to ride saturday.
Bike refuses to start today...
Went into town, check my bank balance, Im £610 overdrawn, seems Demon Tweeks have taken the full amount for the leathers despite me clicking on the pay over 24 months option.
I pay a £25 fee for every transaction when I exceed my £250 overdraught, one week till payday, £1.41 in cash !
At least there are a few tinnies in the fridge
Got day off work on tuesday, guess I'll be in the bank.
Hope you find that circlip

Lol, our cat back one day with a fork attached to its collar.mangocrazy wrote:That made me laugh out loud. And it's so true, as well...randomsquid wrote:Get a cat with a magnetic cat flap collar thingy. All lost small metal bits will eventually turn up attached to the cat. Occasionally some larger ones as well.

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...
