I'm thinking that in the advent of recent technology, the
Does It Move? / Yes / Should it? / No branch requires two options:
- Permanent Fix: That's the duct tape as shown
Very Permanent Fix: Cable Tie
We must always allow for new solutions

I'm with Andy on this one. Used to be a Duct tape engineer of some imagination and resourcefulness. Big into cable ties these days.

i did encounter a few imaginative uses for those products when working for a company that made office furniture and wall partitions/ wall dividers ect
Go take a leak and then find your lunch fixed to the ceiling with double sided tape (including coke can )
Resume work to find your pliers and screwdrier have been smothered in superglue gel which sets in seconds on pressure contact
Oh how I laughed (after leaving A & E )

I araldited a side casing on a bike once. Then I chopped the heads off some screws and araldited those on where the screws would have gone if they hadn't all got smashed off.
