Pug 406 2.2hd SE Pintof fartini dewsign badge 92 kn miles 03 plate ... yes it needs work but I took it for an Italian tune up which seemed to help a bit ... also helps that the "premium" sound system has auto volume goes louder as you go faster so you hear less bits drop off apparently

Nice lookin' shopping cart that
I would imagine it shifts
and then some when you give it the berries! Looks like it does from the spec and the shape! Bit of a streetsleeper Porsche beater?

I always loved that shape; so much better than the later 407 coupe. I had a 2000 406 estate with the 3 litre V6 engine and it was one of the best cars I've ever had. It never missed a beat in the 3 years and 90k miles I had it for which is more than I can say for the Audi A6 that replaced it. Enjoy.

Apparently about 133 bhp standard but there is a mod .... Lol something to do with defapping and bypassing the EGR that takes it to around 170 ... But I won't be doing that oh no not me no no no no
Bloody comfy though did over 400 miles yesterday and the dodgy hip didn't complain once... Unlike the two very nice policemen who stopped me in Bromley ... Tell ya if you are going to get a tug Bromley coppers are the boys to do it for you ... Squidders I've just set one up for you;)

Strangely I'm not attracted to policemen.

As you wont be doing the mod, any diagnostic centre can bypass the EGR sensor in about 20 mins !
May have to re connect the bastard for future MOT

Why? Should still piss the emissions test in this country with it blanked.

Well thanks all. More good news after giving it a "gentle" second Italian special and loads of warning lights have gone off as in stopped flashing and I may have the air bag one figured too ... Obviously may be coincidence but hopefully ... So if it is that leaves the ESR light at the moment. So will recharge the battery again and give it more redex and then look at the bushes etc before going back to the tuning side of things. Oh and apparently after one of these tune ups it will comfortably go in excess of the speed limit if you want it to ;)

Simply disconnecting the battery can have a beneficial effect on warning lights
