Bloody tractor drivers !!

One pulled out on me today. I saw him coming towards the main road from a junction on the right about 1/4 mile away and he must have seen me.
Did you know Norfolk is flat?
Anyway out he comes about 35 metres ahead of me without stopping while I was travelling at about 50. Would have been disastrous if I hadn't been in the car.
We spent the next 3 miles to the main road at 35 mph where he joined, again turning right without stopping causing the oncoming traffic to brake again.
.... and he had a pillion and luggage.
Highly
Deranged TWAT !!

I got sideswiped by a Massey Ferguson today up in Ely.
Luckily I was in the car and all he did was clip the already knackered wing mirror. What the hell he was doing going down the high street I'll never know.

Mike and I went Ely when we visited the area a couple of years ago, and my first thought was - HOW did he get along the high street!!!!?!!
I'm afraid my main memory of Ely was this pub.
This is what the note on the door said.....
Yep, you guessed it, it was!

Ah, now getting down the High Street is easy enough! I was parked down the Market Square end. I just cant understand why He was going that way. The Argicultural dealer is waaaay down the bottom end of Ely and is much easier to get to if you go round the City not thru it! (probably quicker too, in a tractor!)
You dont tw*t car mirrors that way either...
Is that the Pub by the junction at the top of town (near the Cathedral?)

Good friend of mine lives in Ely, its the nearest the east side of England has to the laid back shiftless approach to life of the west country.

With all the talk of Massey Furgusons and the like, I'm not so sure that many picked up on the explanation you added at the end of your post!

Excuse accepted ..........

Oh OK - I do if it makes you feel better.

That was another, older, thread Gio ..... and now you've bought a Falco I can no longer try to wind you up on your choice of bikes.
..... still plenty of things to tease you with, though!
