What a palaver. Very clever, but I'll stick with my screw tops, could have half a bottle gone in that time.

Sooooo .... you have to load it manually, it takes an age to remove the cork and then pour half a glass of wine - and then it's done.
Guess there will be plenty left in the bottle that the machine can't cope with for the rest of us to manually dispense in the time-honoured manner ............

Amazing. An eccentric, wine-loving engineer with waaaaaay too much time on his hands.

But top marks, nonetheless...

If it was able to decant the wine off the sediment, leave it to breathe for the correct amount of time then pour it, then I'd be REALLY impressed... :smt003
