More Low Life nasty tricks

My mate was on his way home sun eve,stopped at a red light then bang, something shoved the landy 4 feet up the road. My mate got out to find a very damaged very old BMW, the other driver ( Eastern European ) got out and started ranting My car, you pay for my car,your fault you give me money now. Antnee being a fair sized bloke, persuaded the other guy back into his car and rang the law. The law turn up,do the checks ect
Surprisingly the guy had a Polish provisional, no insurance or mot and a few days tax
A couple in the filter lane gave a statement, He did not stop !
The law said this is not an isolated incident, these guys are buying mot failures with remaining tax and ramming people hoping to bully cash out of folk
This is not a Daily Mail type rant, just a rant against the bottom feeders
Did someone suggest shooting em ?
