I see the irony!

Taking a piano seems a bit gimmicky anyway - a decent hifi would be a lot easier to transport!

I'm not surprised the elephants like the music - many animals do. When I was a farm worker the cows let down their milk quicker if we had the radio in the milking shed.

In an ideal world all modern elephants would be manufactured with plastic tusks which would have no resale value and leave them free from risk of a cruel and pointless death
PS B/G its proven that playing music in a milking parlour improves milk yield, classical music achieving the best results

I'd like to see more research into how animals respond to music.

I'd lay money on there being a common denominator ... cider apples?

The type of apple wasn't specified but yes, apples were involved and one pig drowned in the pond!

I over fed the pigs on wind blown apples, they had a party for days until I worked it out !!
