I haven't seen any of them - I've never liked the Sherlock Holmes stories or TV programmes, and can't stand that odd looking bloke. People tell me I should give it a try but I don't seem able to overcombe either of those predjudices!

I've missed this so far. When is it on and will it be hard to pick up the story having missed the previous episodes?

I can't remember the last time there was a TV program with so much attention to detail, great acting, intricate plots, last minute twists and epic cliff-hangers as this.

Finally, a TV program for people who have an imagination and can think!! :smt003

In that case, before long they are bound to replace it with "Celebrity Sherlock on Ice"

I tend to read books rather than watch TV these days

Should be on i-player, you can pick it up per eposide although they do loosley click together, last nights was a corker as was last weeks, but you have to be into the characters for an couple of episodes to understand 'their take' on the Sherlock stories if that makes sense. Think there's only been 3 so far in this the second series

On on Sunday's BBC1 8.30 or 9.00, repeated on BBC3 Sat night

Just had a look on iPlayer as I wanted to watch this but can't find it.
TBH the iPlayer site is a bit baffling and not clear how you navigate it so I'm probably missing something obvious.
Anyone able to point me in the right direction?

It only goes on the iplayer for a week once it is aired.
However, if you are ok with torrenting....

http://ca.isohunt.com/download/30968237 ... +1.torrent

and click the 'download torrent' link.

Cheers for the links Dale

Though ....

..... that's all a bit pointless then. I thought the whole point of iPlayer was so that you could catch up with things if you missed them ...... and the chances of doing that within a week are slim to non-existent - and even more unlikely for anyone who has gone away on hols or business or something.

I can't see why they bother to put the service in place if they are not going to maintain its content.

i think you will find it is a contractual thing re inlayer and the like

what is permitted under UK law is not the same as elsewhere

some older things can hang around for a month or so, but new series - week maximin
