Facination

#1 Post by blinkey501 » Sat Dec 03, 2011 2:15 pm

Twelve months ago i never even thought i would never own an aprilia.
Thirty six months ago i had never even heard of a falco.
I always used to drool over other bikes, but never the aprilia has they didnt appeal to me at all.
Has a twist of fate when i am on ebay i never look at anything else but aprilia
All the bikes i used to drool over have lost their appeal, is this strange.
Can my doctor prescribe anything to ease my addiction.
When on ebay i try to type yamaha but my finger hits the A button straight away, is there any doctors in the house to ease my pain has i don't think methadrone will help :smt017.
I keep looking at milles :smt055
Please help :smt087

take two v-twins regularly and it will help ease the pain

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Well I look at it this way it may be that you buy a Falco by accident but you keep it with desire
I think it is possible to enjoy something so much that you just want more of it and that then and especially if you have two ;) you have to look for something that is not quite a Falco but close.
A Mille is not that close if for no other reason than its not a Falco
:smt017 That said people will see you on a Falco and assume you. Aspired to it as exotica they will see you on a Mille and assume you bought just another sports bike
Summary buy a tuono and when you get bored of it you can sell it to me cheap. :smt003
For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

Buy an RSVR. Steal the brakes, wheels and suspension. Put the Faclo bits on the RSV and sell it. That should keep you out of trouble for a few weeks.

Better to do the swap with a Mille-R - the RSVR was the cooking version of the gen2 bikes

The main thing to remember is that you are with "like people" on here. We all have the same affliction.

I'm sure these two would be some of the first to make use of one:

Yep Mille - R is the donor bike of choice.

The carcas 'll probably make a good track bike when the vultures are done.
