Most of my bits started falling off some time ago!
Osteoarthritis has been nibbling at all my joints for 30 years, so bits of limbs will also be falling off soon.
I went out on the bike and had a 110 mile run to Willingham Woods and back tonight to cheer myself up.
Got there at 6:45 pm, there were only half a dozen there and the cafe was just about to shut. Got a burger and a tea to warm myself up a bit for the run home and left at 7:02 pm.
Was bloody freezing all the way back.
Now my joints are worse from the cold.
Its a great life.

Pass me another whiskey.

I arrived in Oz on the 1st Dec.... I've had cankles the size of an elephants since I got here, couldn't fit on a pair of shoes, got help via reflexology (which DID actually help) and have still spent the last week trying to get em down ( as in less swollen) lol I'm 40 yrs old, suffering from prickly heat, some allergic thing I've had ongoing for 10 years and just a fekkin mess lol.....

Tan? What's that on top of yucky spots? Lol

As far as I am concerned you can come on here at any time and have a moan Ligs, if it makes you feel better.
