Poor bloke. I think I'd do time rather than put up with the heartache and massive legal bills if something like that happened to me. Well, there'd be no point working for nothing eh!

I know a bloke that had something similar - he was handing over the money to his missus to pay the mortgage and other bills - and she wasn't paying them!
He reckoned he got off lightly just losing the house....... (and the woman of course!)

I think that when she turned up with a £4000 bill for a horse and expected me to pay it, i would have told her to get fooked. He really has not helped his situation by letting it spiral out of control
