Even more horrible if you have any less than a HSS steel blade in your saw. :)

b. the correct way round?

Either of the above incorrect will undoubtedly bring sadness to your Stainless Steel cutting exercise. :smt011

No..the angle grinder disc was the right way up. :smt002
