Well. Me n the Missus, (and the Falco!), are back and absolutely knackered!
We normally stay until the Monday mornin, but with the little 'un up at the Grandparents we decided to get home a night early fer some much needed kip in our own bed before we pick him up tomorrow.
What can I say? What a
GREAT weekend!

This was on Friday, not long after we'd pitched and Friday was the
worst weather we had!...
(My tent even matches the bike!

)
Weather has been glorious, (especially yesterday afternoon and today), though windy as fook on the way down there on Friday! The new location fer the Memba Rally is ace as well; Very friendly team of in-house security/stewards, beautiful scenery, (Elton Hall is a wonder of Ye Olde Worlde Architecture-e!), and a really good, happy 'vibe' from all the other Membas, (prolly helped by the weather/alcohol no doubt!).

Missus FM, a bit pished outside the food stalls with a lovely Sunset behind her. Ahhhh.
A nearby camper brought an Ipod with some kick-ass speakers and once the official entertainment had ended, (around 11.30pm each night), we all gathered round with copious amounts of booze n schmokes and rocked through to 3am with Guns N Roses, Jimi Hendrix, Hawkwind and the like!...
Previous concerns over being shoved out of the main Showground, (fer building works that will take most of this year to complete), and then being forgotten about/ignored were totally unfounded as we had lots of food stalls, beer tents, decent toilet/shower facilities and all night live music to boot!
That was fun!
Fer the first time in our history of going to the BMF Show, we were alone, (most of our friends are 30-somethings - us too - and in that 'cant afford a car
and a bike; What with having two kids et al...' kinda rut

),but met a lotta good people whilst down there and have some funny photos and great memories!

Scary huh! Me pished outside the 'Rock Tent' in my new jacket!
The Show itself was better than the last one we attended; Not as many, (and this isnt meant with
any racism), Asian stalls selling cheap-shit, ill-fitting jackets or crappy break-a-minute-after-playing toys, (the last Show seemed more like a market or car-boot sale as every other stall seemed to be staffed by young Asian peeps following you around trying to force you into buying stuff! They were even canvassing in other stalls to get you to come to theirs!!!!).
At least 90% of stalls were bike related this time and there was also a decent sized auto jumble.
We managed to get quite a few bargains as everything seemed cheaper than in previous years as well! Your average Frank Thomas style basic black jackets, (like my last one), used to be £70-£80, but were less than £50 this time and brand new too! I got a nice new Silver/Gunmetal/Black Ixon jacket, (my FT one got a bit wrecked in my off last year), fer £50 as well as some nice new Fieldsheer racing gloves fer £15, (haggled down from £20

). I also snaggled a lovely new Silver/Red/MattBlackSyko lid, (haggled down from £50 to £35!!!), and a few other bits n bobs.
The wife got a new lid too, (A new Silver Viper fer £25!), and various 'girly' things like bangles, ornaments etc.
All in all, a good year fer bargains n no mistake!
Ive even got a little burned in the Sun today, (not too badly thankfully)!
The bike never missed a beat either, (I had been a
little anxious before the weekend as this is the furthest Ive been in one blast). She was a tad vibey though, (I think Im feeling the beginnings of the sync problem coming on; Anyone help me with that? Pierre perchance??

).
Brilliant.

Got the old site Tshirt in there as well!
Just realised Im rambling; Still buzzed off the weekend I spose.
Anyhoo. Gotta go shower off the crud n have a relaxing, peaceful night in with the Missus, then off to bed fer an early un.
Thanks fer reading!
FM n MissusFM!
