I think if that were me, i'd have spun round and shown the driver the error of his ways.. The slow-mo clearly shows he was way over in to the bikists lane..

I read elsewhere that it was the pillion's first ride on a sportsbike, amazing calmness shown by the rider ,
also that a comment on the video was along the lines of "and if the bike had crashed and the rider and pillion had been killed it would have been reported as 'single vehicle accident, rider lost control of 1000cc motorbike, speed was a factor' so think on next time you see that reported"

If he hadn't wimped out he could have knocked the mirror off. That would have shown them.
