anyone put on a lot of weight?

Just on the off chance as I know no longer own an upright naked bike I am looking to see if I can swap my leather 3/4 jacket for a shorter one but I have done the opposite and lost a load of weight to go with the new sleeker bike.
Basically my jacketsa are now too long for the Falco and having blown the budget by getting the second newer bike I could do with shorter jackets.

Thought of having them altered? by Hideout, Phoenix, Cougar or Ravencroft (in Cheadle) or someone like that?

as I have lost about 10 stone in total it would be easier and quicker to have it cut in half and make the rest into a batman cape LOL
oh and it is still too long which I liked for an upright naked bike but seems to just give me a cushion to lie on with the falco :

about 36 waist and 42-44 chest 29 inside leg ish this is based on using a straight ruler and vanity about 5 mins ago as I have avoided wasting monmey on new clothes so I can buy petrol instead of which I dress like I raided a charity shop reject bin
Put it this way I went ot the last fancy dress party as compo and wore my own clothes
I will go check the sizes of the stuff I want to swap sell to fund replacements and take some pics over the weekend

Can you take your leathers in by wrapping a few bungee cords around yourself?

as compo basically put my clothes on tied a bit of string round the middle pair of wellies bobble hat and hey presto free fancy dress
more money saving tips later LOL
weight loss has been over a period pof time but about 2 stone since christmas based on an excess of cake chocolate and biscuits but I am cutting sugar out a bit at the moment and I don't drink booze
