i put the bike in for an mot last friday , as you know its been sorned for over a year , so i put a new battery in to see if she would start , what i did was , i turned the key and heard the fuel prime with a sqeek like air , i did this a few times till the sqeek disapeared , then pulled the choke on , clutch in , and hit the button , it fired right up after all that time first hit of the button
i also fitted the old clutch slave as the MPL was leaking , bled it a few times and tied the lever back over night , i done this 3 times as ther was still some air bubbles comming out , its rock solid and i can find all neutrels from 1st up and second down , and i dont think there is to much diference from the MPL , ( i bought this original replacement plus oil filter from someone on here ) sorry i forgot your name ,
new front roters back rotors from an rsv , i did have to change the bolts though to hex socket , also and pads all round and bleed ,
the bike runs and rides like a dream
big grin on my face now
did not know how much fun this bike is
heres some pics from largs

been out everyday as the weather has been great , but had to get used to her again and my raod skills , but what a joy
and those maxi tyres i got for 130 pounds seem ok plenty of grip in the dry , hasint rained yet but will report back
