tyre presures

#1 Post by joecrx » Wed Mar 30, 2011 4:58 pm

think this is a long winded topic and has been covered before, but as you know i bought maxis tyres for the falco and they recomend how much to put into the front and rear , fine i supose i said , but there is a sticker on the swing arm on the falco that recomends the tyre presure but is 1 maybe 2 bar of a difference from what maxis recomends , so what do i go with ?

i take it the maxis are recommending much lower pressures then?

Personally, i would go with the falco spec. i.e. 36psi front and 42psi rear.

If it feels too much let some out.

That is not what Aprilia recommends for the Falco - it's what most of the tyre manufacturers recommend and what most of us prefer.

We have discussed this many many times - search the Falco section.
