Alternatively you may find a telephone directory a better read than MCN.

There's a sequel to Jupiter's Travels, following the same route (where possible) 30 odd years later to see what's changed, also a good read.

I mentioned Jupiter's Travel as I have a copy here waiting to be passed on to someone who'd like to read it. It seems appropriate that it was given to me by a biker in Oxfordshire who had it from another somewhere else, now it's waiting to move on from Dorset.

So if anyone would like to read it, I'll drop it in when I'm passing or hand it over at the Norfolk bash (assuming there is one) or even put it in the post!

Funnily enough, that's exactly how I got my copy and I passed mine on to another biker.

Nice, I hope Ted Simon doesn't mind missing out on royalties.

Keith Code's Twist of the Wrist vol 1 and 2 make good reading. tend to take my copies everywhere when i deploy, beats reading crap like MCN..

Attacking sand dunes on a hugely overpowered Quadbike next weekend as 'adventure training' If you hear of any international incidents in the middle east it's probably me launching the quad off the top of a sand dune and taking out some Sultan/Sheik/Sand ninja.

Hard life.. it was either that or fishing..
