Thats easy BG......just put my missus on the helm.............she has left/right issues that make for 'interesting' times,especially when close hauled or running.............the boom on our yacht is quite low and the best warning I will get is ............ooops...............as she gybes us.
Cant find piccies of our tub ,but heres one we hired in the Ionian a couple of years ago..........

I love sailing and as for gybing you're lucky to get a warning before you land in the water!!! In a dinghy anyway lol, yachts not quite the same....they don't tend to fall over
