my mum got hd telly box thingy put in , i coudent se the difference , i called up and they said when the network is buisy the reduce the bandwith from 16 meg to 8 meg , to cut a long story short i just told them to come take it oot ! if you cant provide the service i dont want it and would expect a full refund [/b]
