allthough i'm really touched i'm gobsmacked.last night my daughters fella rang me to ask for my permission for him to ask leanne if she would marry him.
i ca'nt wait to walk my daughter down the isle.

Congratulations to them both.
I had a similar thing on Christmas day when my youngest son proposed to his girlfriend.
That makes two for me, as my eldest son proposed to his girlfriend on her birthday earlier in the year.
