Ive managed to twist/sprain/pull something in my wrist. Its bad enough that the ride home was pretty painfull and even using a mouse hurts... how you might ask?...




....in trying to massage a knotted muscle in my upper back :smt011

I've done something to mine too, not quite bad enough to hurt riding but hauling the bike about is a bit painful.
Gets me out of helping me mate dig his drive out though!
