Just had an email from Giffgaff. From signups from here, giffgaff sent you £15.39 GBP money paid direct to our RS paypal account

:smt023 Not in addition to the previous post, just that theyve finally sent the money out

I guess it's about time to nudge people, rattle the tin or just blatently ask for donations for the server fund. Normally Sam would do the nudging but with him too busy on trackdays with Simoncelli I though I should.

I did notice a few made fairly recently, thankyou very much, it's appreciated.

For newer members of the site who havent seen this thread before, as far as those who're not in a position to make a donation, don't sweat it. The forum is always open to everyone regardless of whether they donate or not. We dont stand on ceremony, everyone brings something to the party in one way or another!

Donations can be made via the thread here: https://www.ridersite.com/viewtopic.php?t=5197 There's no set amount, it's entirely your call.

Thankeeverymuch.

For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.

Put it in your diary, phone, blackberry, on computer or whatever! Failing that, make a post to say you've donated and just do a search for it when you think it's a while since you sent some dosh?

Although I'd appreciate a heads up myself, I can't see Sam & K wanting to remind people individually.

I will let peeps know when the six monthly payments are made which will serve as a reminder if one is needed.
It is now December so consider yourselves reminded. :smt002

good reminder, had forgotten.
Chucked some of Mrs Queen's notes in the tin. i donate annually what would be the cost of donating to that other aprilia site ( from which I was enticed )
peanuts really when you consider advice given here can save you many times that of a donation.
Then you get the humour, priceless ( you fuckers :smt005 )

....

You think we are joking?

If it was not from Andy's Grecian 2000 sponsorship, or assorted Cuban heel shoe sales men trying to influence the hobbit we would be in trouble

ALL donations are welcome - but it's you guys and gals that make ridersite what it is

I figure we have most technical manuals here for the falco etc - and we - as in the forum not the admins - keep adding to the knowledge base

I also figure we have some of the finest piss takers in the world

Big love

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

:smt001 Thankyou for the donations that have come in.

Been busy elsewhere with organising life and christmas so have had very little time for the forums of late.

Imminent move, working away from home, Christmas and various other things have wreaked havoc.

Hope everyone had a good Christmas. I think we slept the majority of ours.

Anyhoo, Thankyou for the donations and also for the admins for keeping the site running well while ive been awol!

Welcome back - I expect a few of the older members might remember you.

Ah, the piss taking.. The varied humour.. And not forgetting the heated debates which always end with a big hug and a round of virtual ale's.. Can't be a bad place to be. :smt003

By the power invested in me (an internet connection), I've stuffed a few shekels into the kitty..
