Shit day, pissed off.

Where do I start? Had to get up well early to show a plumber round for a quote before getting sorted to go to work and I had to rush around trying not to be late for work.
Then this afternoon the garage call about the new hack of a car - a quoted £130 bill has somehow jumped up to £170! :smt011
So I get a kift home with the g/f who drives terribly and has me on edge most of the way, so I think, sod it, I'll drag the Falco out, it's been a few days, then realise I've left my set of keys at home and won't be able to open the side gate! AGH! :smt011 :smt011 :smt010
Then I go out the back and see the wind has somehow whipped the crappy Oxford cover up off the bike and ripped it bloody open!
Pass the wine!

Be thankful at least the bike was still vertical, it's not unusual (as Tom Jones would say) to find it on it's side unless you've got an improved stand.

Yeah I guess it could have been worse. Cover had a 4" rip in it for weeks, then I come home and it's split down the middle like a hot-dog!
Funny now I've bodged it with parcel tape and ordered a heavier one.
Car sharing and being almost too skint for a ride until pay-day is very depressing... :smt012
