Why is it even when you know there are no problems you still shit yourself when it comes to MOT time? Had mine done this morning and it passed with nbo advisories, still hated it though.
On a seperate note, must get the clutch fluid topped up and eventually changed, oh, and the brake fluid too. Oh Joy.

SNAP !
Just took the Falco first, then took the old CBR1000F, which had been off the road since December.
Falco went straight through as always.
I even took some tape and a small pair of scissors in case anybody finally noticed it wasn't a UK headlight and I needed to tape it up, but sailed straight through again, for the fifth time.
The Honda surprised me even more, I started to get it ready for it's due test just before Christmas. Weather was not too good, so put it at the back of the garage where it stayed until I pulled it out this morning! Centre stand was a bit tight and the old girl took a bit of starting, but just oiled a few bits and pieces and that went straight through as well.
So feeling well chuffed after all.
Worries about the MOT, not me mate!

I've said it before and I'll say it again .... get to know your MOT tester .... removes the stress.
There again I don't have a car MOT chap that I know so that is always a bit more of a concern.

Have to say I worry a great deal about getting the ageing car through each year.... BUT....
It honestly never occurs to me that the bikes will fail. I think if you do all your own maintenance and really know your bikes then you'll spot problems well before the examiner.
It also helps to go to the same place each time and build up a relationship. Then if there is a problem (like a missing reflector last time ha ha ) it can be sorted then and there with no fuss.
