A minister tells Channel 4 News that Google and the PRS for Music must resolve a row that means UK web users are no longer able to watch music videos on YouTube.

Jesus - don't get me started on the PRS. F**king music tax being collected from tax paying, hard working people like us and being paid to f*****g b***k m****r f*****g rap artists and their entourage. I frightened the PRS rep for my hotel so much he daren't come back. B*****ds!
