Well I don't know the song but it sounds like the sort of cobblers that Saxon would sing.....
....unless of course you are a Saxon fan in which case that sounds like one of the mighty Saxon's masterpieces

It does sound like Saxon, lyrically, but no.
Try not quite as mainstream as that, but yes it is a British Band and they play the Rally scene a fair bit, or they used to.
Years ago they had their song on a Bike tape that was given away on the front cover..
