There's a name for them - someone will no doubt know what it is!
You know those things where they give something a name that's designed so that the initials make a word?

This one hits my hate button twice! Once because I hate them in general, and again cos the name has been created in that strange language I call 'management speak' which doesn't actually tell you anything unless you are in the know!
(oh and what was wrong with 'Bilkesafe' anyhow?)
