It doesnt actually look that bad.*

*
Frame strip and clean, repaint
Derust inside and out of Tank
Head bearings
Fork seals
Swingarm and rear suspension strip clean, renew bushes
Service the engine
Service the brakes
Tidy up the electrics
Refit seat.

Job's a good 'un.

Oh and respray it Green.
