4 / 10 motorcycles not taxed

So the latest claim is that 4/10 motorcyclists are evading road tax.

Somehow I just dont believe the figures, and bet they don't account for sorned track / race bikes, or projects in pieces at the back of the garage.
I have 3 untaxed bikes in my shed - (sorned) - so I'm probably one of the guilty 40%
Makes a good headline though.
