which could increase the cost of car insurance by around 25 per cent.
Hmm.. car insurance up to 160 quid? Wont kill me..
More concerned about the fine and points.

So that would mean if i got stopped once more i'd be banned.
Self employed so I couldnt drive to jobs
So i'd be forced to pack in and live a life of luxury on the dole, or they can supply me a chauffeur. Sounds like a plan
edit: doh fell for it and bit. Its viral advertising for shithouse insurers confused.cocks , like anyone gives a shit what they think

Relaxed about it with the possible exception of the motorway. What I dot understand is why they dont give magistrates the freedom to decide penalties dependant on circumstances. For example 40 in a 30 zone past a school is a very different issue out of term time or at 3am. Ditto doing 90 on the M50 near us and doing it on the crowded M25 .
P.S. And there ought to be far more severe penalties for aggressive young women in 3 door hatches who havent got a clue about vehicle dynamics, skid control etc.
