Quieter than my BM

Definately quieter than the forum is this weekend. I guess everyone's busy. I should be too really... back to work tomorrow

I've been out on the bike twice this weekend, done over 200 miles

Which is about twice as much as I'd done in the previous 2 months.

Pah. Did 200 miles on Friday afternoon on the way home from work, (usually bout 15 miles)!

I can see Im gonna have to do a PROPER video with my other camera to correctly portray the bowel-vibrating, sphincter-loosening, brain-jiggling, grin-inducing music that my camera phone alone cannot convey...
