Who's banging the drums then ?...............

.............. just looked it up and it's Jason. Much as I love most Zep stuff I won't be bothering. £125!!!! Sometimes these things are best left in the past. Wish I'd seen them in the 70s.

Be nice to see Zeppelin together again but won't be paying £125, but there was something better on for free last Saturday night on BBC1, as a fill in for no football. Did anybody watch the David Gilmour concert from the Royal Albert Hall. Based mainly on stuff from his brilliant "On an Island" album, but a few old Floyd classics thrown in, like "Wish you were here". A real oldtimers classic show with Richard Wright on the keyboards, (and what looked like an original Hammond), two new young backing singers to help out, Graham Nash and David Crosby and David Bowie coming on to sing the sixties classic "Arnold Lane", what a line up of "over sixties" and none of em riding Falcos. Can't believe they sounded so good.
If it's on again don't miss it, Gilmour is still one of the best guitarists in the world.

Drummer is most likely to Michael Lee. he's played on all the Page and Plant stuff in recent years. He's the man in terms of session drummers that the big rockers use.

Yes Alidansane you're right. Jason (JB's son) is playing drums. just checked a couple of websites and had it confirmed by my brother (he's in the business). haven't been able to register yet but thinking it's probably a waste of time anyway :smt010

Sounds great.

But:
Me to go £125 .... too much
Plus
My son Ben to go ... £125 + £125 = £250 .... much too much
Then
My son Daniel will probably want to go too .... £125 + £125 + £125 = £375 much much too much

Fortunately my other son, Joe has very different musical tastes ....

Regrettably have to give this one a miss.
