Pissed off a few cars as well as its 20mph in there and its always got park plod circling it

I use the "O"about by Kingston Gate, head (according to that map east) to Roehampton gate, the 1st bit is uphill for about 1 mile, thereafter it rolls a bit then its downhill to Robin Hood Gate. fairly flat to Roehampton Gate, then flat to the turn off for Sheen Gate, after that its uphill but not difficult ( even on a bike 15mph is possible) there is a 200metre section thats out of seat stuff to Richmond Gate, turn left and its 90% downhill to Kingston Gate.
I'm glad I've started cycling again, I feel so much healthier and I've still not started smoking

Suppose it depends on how far a lap is.... 1 mile = effing awful
10 miles = very good.
...... or should I know this?
