withernsea bike fest

does anybody know if it's on this year it's usually around the 21st but i've not seen anything posted, if it is is any one going. :smt102

You will need to cut back in and over the Humber bridge though. It's just on the coast above the Humber estuary. As for the place itself, about all you can say is that it is a place on the east coast. There's nothing memorable at all and looks like its been in a time warp since 1950 something.
Bit like a much smaller, down market Cleethorpes if that helps.
Other than that, no I've not heard anything about the Bikefest either.

Ahhhh now Cleethorpes I can associate with (a wet dismal place on the east coast).

In fact there's a lot of wet dismal places on the east coast :smt010 and why does the water feel as cold as just melted icecubes, even when its hot on the beach?

Yeh but Cleethorpes is like St. Tropez, compared with Withernsea !!!!!!

yes but the days free out door bands are good.it's on the nearest sun to the 21st. free parking for the hundreds of bikes. give it a try it's a good day out.

Just to point out I don't have any problems with the Bikefest, decent day out for free. They have to put on a decent event to get anybody to go there. Give it a try.
