Anyone else seen this? Seems quite a good idea. It is quite expensive to use however at 3.50 a pop, but for those without a VISA card, etc, does make life online easier.

I suppose it's useful for students and those who dont have 'the right sort' of bank account to utilise online shopping. More widely useable than Paypal, Jury's still out on the cost comparison at the mo.
