I borrowed my mate's car this morning to go and get a replacement 47 kg propane gas cylinder. As I chucked the empty one in Jo and I were joking about driving a vehicle equipped for terrorist purposes...
I loaded the new cylinder in the Berlingo, secured it in place with wooden wedges and set off for home looking forward to a cup of coffee, last corner before the home straight there was an enormous bang, I looked in the rear view mirror and saw the rear door open and the gas cylinder shooting off like a torpedo.....

Luckily there was no one behind me

That was lucky. How far did the cylinder go?
