I thought he might be a scarey clown,but no, he's the most horrible pumpkin carving ever, DONALD TRUMPKIN
I hacked into the FBI files and found he changed his name in an attempt to hide his ancestry, he is indeed a pumpkin.
That explains the massive orange blob between his shoulders and the spew of non stop decomposing matter it ejects
